Conductor

 Copper. Cross-sectional range-1.5 mm² to 800 mm² (0.6/1kV grade, special design required for large cross-sections in vertical installation).

Insulation

 Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), long-term allowable operating temperature 90°C.

Inner sheath

 Halogen-free polyolefin material.

Armor layer (core feature)

 Fine round steel wire armor. Provides strong axial tensile capacity, capable of withstanding the cable's own weight and installation traction forces.

Outer sheath

 Polyethylene (PE) or polyolefin, halogen-free, corrosion-resistant.

Rated voltage

 0.6/1kV (most common), 8.7/15kV, etc.

Long-term allowable operating temperature

 Maximum conductor temperature- +90°C.

Short-circuit temperature (5 seconds)

 Maximum +250°C.

Installation temperature

 Should not be below 0°C.

Minimum bending radius

 Very large.

Multi-core cables

 ≥ 15 × cable outer diameter (D) (most difficult to bend due to the steel wire structure).

Combustion performance rating

 B1 grade - Core safety parameter, must meet all stringent requirements of GB 31247 for B1 grade (including combustion calorific value, heat release, smoke density, smoke toxicity, etc.).

Halogen-free performance

 pH value ≥ 4.3, conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm.

Low smoke performance

 Smoke density and other indicators meet B1 grade requirements.

Tensile strength

 Extremely high (core value of steel wire armor).
