Inner sheath	Polyolefin (halogen-free).
Armor layer	Double-layer galvanized steel tape, providing extremely high compressive strength.
Outer sheath	Polyethylene (PE) or polyolefin (halogen-free).
Rated voltage	0.6/1 kV (mainstream).
Long-term operating temperature	+90°C (Note- Due to the thermal insulation of the fire-resistant layer, the actual current-carrying capacity requires correction, typically multiplied by a factor of 0.7–0.85).
Short-circuit temperature	+250°C (5 seconds).
Fire resistance performance	Core. Complies with GB/T 19216.21 (IEC 60331-1) testing, common rating- continuous power supply for 90/180 minutes under 950°C flame (e.g., NH-IA90).
Combustion performance rating	B1 grade (GB 31247). Must pass a full set of stringent tests, including combustion calorific value, heat release rate, smoke density, smoke toxicity, etc.
Halogen-free and low-smoke performance	pH ≥ 4.3, conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm; smoke density and light transmittance meet B1 grade requirements.
Minimum bending radius	Very large (multi-core ≥ 12D–15D, varies with structure).
