High Cost and High Performance:
Materials and processes are extremely demanding, making it one of the most expensive types of civilian power cables.
The polyethylene (PE) outer sheath offers better moisture and chemical corrosion resistance than PVC, making it more suitable for long-term direct burial.
Limitations:
Lacks Tensile Strength: Not suitable for vertical shafts or applications with significant elevation differences (for such scenarios, WDZB1-YJY33 should be selected).
No Fire Resistance Functionality: Does not inherently guarantee power continuity during a fire (for fire resistance, WDZB1N-YJY23 should be selected).
Application Scope:
Used in the underground primary power supply networks of critical locations where national mandatory regulations require B1-grade combustion performance for cables and necessitate direct burial or conduit installation methods.
