Conductor

 Copper, specially stranded. Must be covered with double or multiple layers of mica tape (or equivalent mineral-insulated material) as a fire-resistant layer.

Insulation

 Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), long-term allowable operating temperature 90°C.

Inner sheath

 Polyolefin (halogen-free).

Armor layer

 Fine round steel wire armor, providing extremely high axial tensile strength.

Outer sheath

 Polyethylene (PE) or polyolefin (halogen-free).

Rated voltage

 0.6/1 kV (mainstream).

Long-term operating temperature

 +90°C (Important-Due to the internal fire-resistant insulation layer, the actual long-term allowable current-carrying capacity must be multiplied by a significant correction factor, typically 0.7 to 0.8, which must be calculated during selection).

Short-circuit temperature

 +250°C (5 seconds).

Fire resistance performance

 Core. Complies with GB/T 19216.21 (IEC 60331-1) testing.

Requirements

 Continuous power supply for at least 90 minutes (typically 90/180 minutes) in flames at 750°C to 950°C, and able to withstand mechanical impact and water spray (designation such as NH-IA90).

Combustion performance rating

 B1 grade (GB 31247). Must pass a full set of stringent tests, including combustion calorific value, heat release rate, smoke density, smoke toxicity, etc.

Halogen-free and low-smoke performance

 pH ≥ 4.3, conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm; smoke density and light transmittance meet B1 grade requirements.
