Product Details

Good overall mechanical performance: While primarily providing tensile strength, it also offers good compression and impact resistance, though its radial compression resistance is slightly inferior to the steel tape armor of YJV22.
Anti-kinking and damage prevention: Maintains structural stability during vertical suspension, prevents twisting, and provides some resistance to rodents and pests.
Inherits all electrical advantages of YJV: Good heat resistance (90°C), high current-carrying capacity, excellent electrical performance, and long lifespan.
Limitations:
Contains halogens: The PVC sheath releases toxic smoke in a fire.
Stiffer, heavier, and more difficult to install: Requires a significantly larger bending radius, with higher installation difficulty and cost compared to YJV and YJV22.
Application scope:
Suitable for fixed installation scenarios with significant axial tension or requiring vertical or steeply inclined cable laying.

Inner sheath	Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Armor layer (core feature)	Fine round steel wire armor. Evenly distributes external tensile forces, enabling the cable to withstand significant axial tension.
Outer sheath	Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) protects the armor against corrosion.
Rated voltage	0.6/1kV (most common), 8.7/15kV, etc.
Long-term allowable operating temperature	Maximum conductor temperature- +90°C.
Short-circuit temperature (5 seconds)	Maximum +250°C.
Installation temperature	Should not be below 0°C.
Minimum bending radius	Very large.
Multi-core cables	≥ 15 × cable outer diameter (D) (due to the steel wire armor structure, bending is most difficult).
Tensile strength	Extremely high (core advantage). The steel wire armor can withstand the tensile forces from the cable's own weight and installation traction.
Flame retardancy	The standard type does not meet special flame-retardant requirements. For flame-retardant applications, ZC-YJV32 should be selected.
Test voltage (0.6/1kV)	3.5kV / 5 minutes (power frequency withstand voltage).
