Conductor: Multi-strand annealed copper wire (Class 5 or 6), highly flexible. Cross-sectional range: 1.0 mm² to 400 mm² (single-core), with a maximum capacity of 630 mm² or larger.
Insulation layer: Multi-layer synthetic mica tape wrapping, providing the core fire-resistant functionality.
Sheath: Continuously longitudinally welded and corrugated copper sheath. Offers sealing, protection, grounding, and fire barrier properties. The corrugation (rippling) is key to achieving flexibility.
Outer protective layer (optional): A low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin outer sheath (model may be designated as BBTRZY) can be extruded for corrosion and insulation protection.
Rated voltage: 0.6/1 kV.
Long-term operating temperature: Conductor: +90°C (with outer sheath), +250°C (without outer sheath, copper sheath only).
Fire resistance characteristics (core): Complies with GB/T 19216.21, capable of maintaining power supply for 180 minutes under flames at 950°C to 1000°C, and passes water spray and mechanical impact tests.
Flame retardancy rating: Overall Class A flame retardant (non-combustible).
Halogen-free and low smoke: Both the mica tape and copper sheath do not produce halogens or dense smoke. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free material.
Waterproof and moisture-proof: The copper sheath provides 100% radial waterproofing, capable of short-term operation while submerged in water.
Minimum bending radius: Excellent, typically ≥ 2D to 3D (single-core), ≥ 6D (multi-core).
