Conductor Annealed copper conductor (Class 2, compacted circular), cross-sectional range: 1.5 mm² ~ 400 mm² (single-core) or larger.
Insulation Layer: Double-layer mica tape wrapping, filled with mineral compound, which is the core of its fire-resistant function.
Metal Sheath: Continuously extruded aluminum sheath serving as a waterproof, moisture-proof barrier and grounding conductor, and providing mechanical protection.
Separator Layer: A separator tape wrapped around the aluminum sheath.
Outer Sheath Low-smoke zero-halogen polyolefin sheath or polyvinyl chloride sheath, typically in orange or halogen-free gray.
Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV.
Long-term Operating Temperature Conductor: +70°C (depending on the outer sheath material, halogen-free types can reach +90°C).
Fire Resistance (Core) Complies with GB/T 19216.21 (IEC 60331-1) standard, withstands flame at 950°C ~ 1000°C for 180 minutes while under rated voltage and mechanical impact, maintaining circuit integrity (3A fuse does not blow).
Flame Retardant Properties: Typically Class A flame retardant (bunched cable burning).
Halogen-Free Low Smoke When the outer sheath is halogen-free low-smoke material, it complies with IEC 60754 and IEC 61034 standards.
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof The aluminum sheath provides 100% radial waterproof and moisture-proof performance.
