Conductor: Class 6 annealed copper conductor (multi-strand ultra-fine copper wires), extremely flexible. Cross-sectional range: 0.75 mm² to 120 mm².
Insulation: Silicone rubber, color-coded.
Core Structure: Multi-core stranded, common configurations: 1-core, 2-core, 3-core, 3+1-core, 4-core, multi-core control cables (e.g., 7-core, 12-core).
Filling: Non-hygroscopic material to maintain cable roundness.
Shielding Layer (core feature): Copper wire braided shield or copper tape wrapped shield. Coverage typically ≥80%, enclosing all insulated cores.
Sheath: Silicone rubber or silicone rubber glass fiber braided coating. The latter provides higher mechanical strength.
Rated Voltage: 450/750V.
Long-term Allowable Operating Temperature: +180°C.
Minimum Operating Temperature: -60°C.
Minimum Bending Radius: 6 × D (D: cable outer diameter). For models with braided reinforced sheaths, a larger radius may be required.
Withstand Voltage Test: 2500V / 5min.
Shielding Effectiveness: Provides good electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance.
