YGC High temperature aging resistance Silicone Rubber Cable

Excellent flexibility and bend resistance: Ultra-fine conductors and soft insulation make it extremely pliable, suitable for applications requiring frequent movement, twisting, or small-radius bending. Outstanding environmental stability: High-temperature aging resistance: minimal degradation of physical and electrical properties at high temperatures. 
Chemical corrosion resistance: good resistance to oil, solvents, acids, alkalis, ozone, and UV radiation. Moisture and mold-resistant. 
High safety: Low smoke, halogen-free, and non-toxic when burned, self-extinguishing after flame removal. Models with glass fiber braided sheaths offer excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance. Application scope: Used as mobile connection lines for power, control, or lighting in industrial equipment and special scenarios involving continuous high temperatures, frequent movement, or severe chemical corrosion.

Conductor: Class 6 annealed copper conductor (multi-strand ultra-fine copper wires), extremely flexible. Cross-sectional range: 0.75 mm² to 120 mm² (common). Insulation: Silicone rubber, color-coded (or numbered). Core Structure: Multi-core stranded, common configurations: 1-core, 2-core, 3-core, 3+1-core, 4-core, etc. Cores are stranded in parallel around the filler layer. 
Filling: Non-hygroscopic material to maintain cable roundness.
Sheath: Silicone rubber or silicone rubber glass fiber braided coating. The latter (common) involves braiding glass fiber over the cable core and then impregnating it with silicone resin to form a high-strength protective layer. 
Rated Voltage: 450/750V.
 Long-term Allowable Operating Temperature: +180°C (this is its core characteristic).
 Minimum Operating Temperature: -60°C. 
Minimum Bending Radius: 6 × D (D: cable outer diameter). 
Withstand Voltage Test: 2500V / 5min (for 450/750V grade). Flame Retardancy: Silicone rubber itself is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing.
