Conductor: Tinned copper wire (multi-strand, Class 5 or Class 6), corrosion-resistant. Cross-sectional range: 0.5 mm² to 10 mm² (signal/control), 16 mm² to 120 mm² (power).  
Insulation: Silicone rubber, color-coded, high-temperature resistant.  
Core Structure: Single-core, 2-core, 3-core, 4-core (with ground), or multi-core (e.g., 7-core, 12-core) control cables.  
Shielding (corresponding to "G"): Tinned copper braided shield (coverage ≥80%), or copper tape wrapped shield + drain wire, providing excellent electromagnetic interference resistance.  
Reinforcement/Sheath (corresponding to "G" and "22"): Double-layer structure or enhanced single layer:  
1. Inner layer: Silicone rubber or flexible cushioning layer.  
2. Outer layer: Glass fiber braiding + silicone resin impregnation, or high-strength silicone rubber sheath. Provides outstanding mechanical protection, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and temperature resistance.  
Rated Voltage:450/750V or 0.6/1kV (common for power/control).  
Long-term Operating Temperature:-60°C to +180°C (typical range for silicone rubber).  
Short-term Overload Temperature:+250°C (can sustain for several hours).  
Flame Retardant Rating: Complies with IEC 60332-1-2, typically self-extinguishing.  
Withstand Voltage Test:3500V AC / 5 minutes (for 0.6/1kV grade).  
Minimum Bending Radius: Fixed installation: 6 × D; Mobile use: 10 × D to 12 × D (D: cable outer diameter).  
Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to oil, acids, alkalis, ozone, and UV radiation.
