Characteristics: MCP is a mining coal shearer shielded rubber sheathed flexible cable, specifically designed for mobile equipment such as coal shearers in underground coal mines. It integrates power transmission and control signals into one cable. The cable uses ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation, offering excellent electrical performance and heat resistance. The sheath is made of high-strength flame-retardant chloroprene rubber, providing good wear resistance, tear resistance, and oil resistance, suitable for frequent movement and complex mechanical environments underground. The structure includes power cores, a ground core, and multiple control cores, enabling simultaneous power supply and remote control signal transmission, reducing wiring complexity. The cable is highly flexible, resistant to bending fatigue, and has a long service life.

Advantages:
High strength, flexibility, and torsion resistance: Utilizes fine copper wire stranded conductors and specialized elastic insulation to withstand continuous high-intensity bending, twisting, and dragging of shearers, with a minimum bending radius as low as 6-8 times the cable diameter.
Metal shielding for interference resistance: Copper wire braided shielding with a coverage rate of over 85% effectively suppresses strong electromagnetic interference from underground frequency converters and motors, ensuring monitoring signal transmission with a bit error rate below 10⁻⁸.
Mine-specific safety design: The sheath is made of oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant elastomer, suitable for gas environments and humid roadways.
Integrated power and control: Can integrate 3 power cores + multiple control cores + monitoring cores, supporting multi-functional transmission for shearer power supply, control, and monitoring, reducing wiring complexity.
Enhanced mechanical protection: Galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer or chloroprene rubber sheath provides an impact resistance strength of 10J, with wear resistance tested over 50,000 cycles.
Stable operation across a wide temperature range: Operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, with short-term overload tolerance up to 130°C, adapting to underground temperature fluctuations and sudden load impacts.
Quick identification and maintenance: Color-coded and numerically labeled cores enable rapid fault localization, while modular connector designs allow for quick underground maintenance.

Application: Scope Mainly used for integrated power and control connections of mobile equipment such as coal shearers, roadheaders, and scraper conveyors in underground coal mines. Especially suitable for automated coal mining systems and underground electromechanical equipment requiring simultaneous power and control signal transmission.
Special Notes: Control core count customizable (3~7 cores), supporting signal transmission and equipment status feedback; optional shielding structure to enhance electromagnetic interference resistance; provides reinforced sheath for high-intensity dragging conditions; supports custom lengths, color identification, and termination treatments.
