Characteristics:
JKLHYJ 10kV aluminum alloy conductor cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable uses high-strength aluminum alloy conductors and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, combining excellent conductivity, mechanical strength, and weather resistance. The insulation layer is uniform and dense, resistant to corona and UV aging. Compared to pure aluminum, aluminum alloy conductors offer higher tensile strength and better creep resistance, with lighter weight and reduced sag, making them suitable for large-span overhead installation. Long-term operating temperature is 90℃, with short-circuit withstand temperature of 220℃.

Advantages:
High strength and lightweight: Aluminum alloy conductor has over 30% higher tensile strength than pure aluminum and is about 50% lighter than copper cables, making it suitable for long-span overhead installation.
Excellent conductivity: Electrical conductivity exceeds 61% of pure aluminum, with low resistance and high transmission efficiency.
Outstanding weather resistance: XLPE insulation is resistant to UV, ozone, and high/low temperatures (-40°C to 90°C), adapting to long-term outdoor environments.
Good creep resistance: The aluminum alloy conductor exhibits minimal high-temperature creep, ensuring high long-term operational stability.
Easy installation: Lightweight and flexible, improving construction efficiency and reducing overall costs.
Strong corrosion resistance: Dense oxide layer on the aluminum alloy surface provides better atmospheric corrosion resistance than pure aluminum.

Application Scope:
Mainly used for 10kV and below large-span overhead lines, power transmission in mountainous and hilly areas, long-distance surface power supply in mining areas, urban and rural grid upgrades, and other scenarios requiring high mechanical performance and lightweight cables.

Special Notes:
Aluminum alloy conductors require dedicated corrosion-resistant fittings; optional water-blocking and bird-damage resistant sheath; supports customization of self-supporting structure (with high-strength carrying strand); suitable for areas with altitude ≤2000m and ambient temperature -40℃ to +50℃; recommended for low-corrosion atmospheric environments.
