Characteristics: The UGFP series is a mining rubber-sheathed flexible cable with shielding functionality, adding a copper braided shielding layer to the standard UGF structure. Insulation uses heat-resistant ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), and the sheath is flame-retardant chloroprene rubber (CR). The shielding layer provides excellent electromagnetic interference resistance, making it suitable for underground working conditions with high interference sources such as frequency converters and motors. The cable offers good flexibility, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance. The shielding layer also serves as a grounding protective wire, enhancing safety. The compact design provides strong crush and impact resistance, meeting the harsh mechanical environmental requirements of underground coal mines.

High mechanical adaptability: Abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant sheath with flexible conductors, suitable for frequent dragging and bending in mobile operations.
Mining-specific safety certification: Certified for flame retardancy and anti-static properties, meeting underground explosion-proof and harsh environmental requirements.
Strong environmental tolerance: Resistant to oil, corrosion, high and low temperatures, suitable for humid and dusty underground environments.

Application: Scope Primarily used for mobile equipment with frequency converters or high interference in underground coal mines, such as coal shearers, roadheaders, frequency-converter-driven conveyors, and electric rollers. Particularly suitable for automated coal mining systems requiring electromagnetic interference suppression to prevent malfunctions, monitoring sensor circuits, and a power supply for underground communication equipment.
Special Notes Shielding coverage ≥85%, effectively suppressing interference in the 30MHz to 1GHz frequency range; tin-plated copper shielding layer available for better corrosion resistance; optional reinforced sheath with tear strength ≥18N/mm; supports custom shielding grounding methods and termination sealing treatments.
