AFFP-260 Ultra-high temperature performance Fluoroplastic Cable

Characteristics: AFFP-260 is an ultra-high temperature fluoroplastic cable designed for aerospace and cutting-edge scientific research applications. It utilizes a nano-enhanced PTFE composite insulation system, capable of long-term operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -65℃ to +260℃. Conductors are made of nickel-plated copper or silver-plated alloy ultra-flexible stranded wires, maintaining stable conductivity at high temperatures. The cable features a triple-layer composite shielding structure (copper foil + silver-plated copper braid + special alloy braid), providing electromagnetic shielding effectiveness >95dB@3GHz. The insulation layer employs microcellular foam PTFE technology, achieving ultra-low signal loss with a dielectric constant of ≤1.8. The entire structure passes vacuum outgassing tests (TML≤1.0%, CVCM≤0.1%), meeting requirements for space environment use.
