Characteristics:
The MTJV/MYJV22/MYJV32 series are mining cross-linked polyethylene insulated high-voltage power cables, specifically designed for underground coal mine high-voltage power supply systems. They use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, offering excellent electrical performance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength. The conductor shield and insulation shield structure ensures uniform electric field distribution and reduces partial discharge. MYJV22 uses double steel tape armor for enhanced crush resistance, MYJV32 uses fine steel wire armor for improved tensile strength, and MTJV features a mobile flexible cable structure suitable for mobile equipment such as coal shearers. The sheath is made of flame-retardant materials, meeting coal mine safety requirements.
