Conductor: Class 6 annealed copper conductor (multi-strand ultra-fine copper wires), extremely flexible. Cross-sectional range: 0.75 mm² to 2.5 mm² (signal/control), 4 mm² to 35 mm² (power).  
Insulation: Special flexible PVC, color-coded.  
Core Structure: Multi-core integration with flexible configurations, such as:  
• Power cores (3-phase + ground)  
• Control/signal cores (multiple cores, often twisted pairs to reduce internal crosstalk)  
• Communication/bus cores (e.g., CAN bus, Ethernet pairs)  
• Video cores (e.g., coaxial cables)  
Tensile Element: Central or integrated aramid yarn, fiber rope, or galvanized steel wire rope to withstand mechanical tension.  
Filling: Non-hygroscopic filling material to maintain cable roundness.  
Shielding Structure (Core Feature): Overall shielding: Typically uses tinned copper braided mesh or aluminum-plastic composite tape + drain wire, with coverage ≥80%, enclosing all cable cores inside the sheath. Some models may include individual shielding for critical pairs (e.g., communication pairs).  
Sheath: High-strength, abrasion-resistant, and bend-resistant PVC, typically black or gray, and may feature low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) properties.  
Rated Voltage:300/500V or 450/750V.  
Long-term Operating Temperature: -15°C to +70°C (for mobile installation).  
Minimum Bending Radius: Mobile installation: 10 × D (where D is the cable outer diameter).  
Suspension Height: Designed based on the tensile element strength, typically supporting lifting heights of 80 meters to 200 meters.  
Flame Retardant Rating: Complies with GB/T 18380.1 (or IEC 60332-1).  
Shielding Effectiveness: Provides a certain level of electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance, preventing external interference from penetrating or internal signals from radiating.
